Dear colleagues,
on July 4, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. the Second Session of the Human Rights Forum – “Professional Ethics and Ethical Challenges” will take place in the Astoria Grand Hotel, Opera Hall. The forum will be opened by Mrs. Miglena Tacheva – director of the National Institute of Justice.
Judge Ricke Lassen (District Court – Oslo) will be lecturer and our Platform on Judicial Ethics and Professional Conduct will be officially opened with judge Angelina Lazarova (Appeal Court – Varna), junior judge Kalina Stancheva (Sofia City Court), junior judge Radoslav Angelov (District Court of Lovech), junior prosecutor Georgi Kodjanikolov (Plovdiv Regional Prosecution Office), prosecutor Sava Petrov (Supreme Cassation Prosecutor’s Office), attorney-at-Law Eli Hristova and psychologist attorney-at-Law Penka Hristova.
The moderator of the event will be judge Rositsa Toncheva from the Court of Appeal – Varna
